Bringing Our Culture to Life
Our journey to build a unified Medartis culture began with “Culture Discovery Sessions” for all our leadership teams and expanded to all employees worldwide. Subsequently a community of engaged employees was formed to actively support as “Culture Champions”. Over time, we’ve introduced numerous initiatives to foster open communication and trust, encourage leadership development, and bring our values to life through daily actions and good habits.
